Taylor Dunham is devoted exclusively to the trial and arbitration of disputes. We represent companies and individuals, both plaintiffs and defendants, who are in need of litigation counsel. We have represented clients in litigation in most areas of the law including contract and commercial litigation, corporate fiduciary litigation, professional malpractice, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, labor and employment litigation, collections, bankruptcy preference litigation, class action litigation, and personal injury litigation.

The firm has also donated its legal services to assist families in adopting children from China. In the late 1990s, the firm successfully represented hundreds of low-income tenants living in substandard housing; the firm received a Volunteer Service Award from the Austin Tenants Council in recognition of its efforts. In 2004, we received the Firm Award from the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association. |
